How will I get paid from my sales?

You’ll get paid via e-transfer or direct deposit through Stripe Connect. This will be determined if your application has been approved.

What happens after I apply?

If approved, you’ll be added to a waitlist for on-boarding to ensure a smooth experience for vendors and shoppers alike. We will onboard a limited number of vendors at a time ranging from categories such as; women, kids, home, arts & crafts, jewelry and more.

Why was The Virtual Marketplace created?

In a new social/physical distancing world, businesses need to proactively pivot their businesses to better serve their current customers and gain access to new ones. Our mission is to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for consumers in partnership with small businesses.

How does the website work?

The Virtual Marketplace will feature vendor products and/or services available for purchase, company biography and links to their social channels to continue the relationship between customer and vendor beyond the platform’s shopping experience.

Whether you have a website or not, as a merchant, The Virtual Marketplace will become YOUR website or subsequent website to one you may already own. As a merchant with us you will have your own dedicated page and url with absolutely ZERO experience in web design required.

 

This includes customizations such as your logo, banner, products, and more!

 

The Virtual Marketplace features YOUR products and/or services available for purchase, company biography and links to YOUR social channels to continue the relationship between YOU and YOUR customers beyond the platform’s shopping experience.

 

Customers can browse our website by categories to find products with each vendor having their own custom link taking users RIGHT to their storefront page.
